Truly versatile actor.

Anu - thank you for clarifying. ...Ram Murali : That was a spine tingling article !

What I love is the way you absolutely zeroed in (or swooped in) on Nasser's career defining roles.

(By Gawd ! I wanted to say the same thing !)

Quite accidentally I happened to see Thever Magan 2 weeks back (my wife was very benevolent with the remote for a change) and the moustache seemed to be an appendage (pun intended) of his character.

And Yes ! Who can forget his role in Bombay ?

If I may mention - he was brilliant in that also-ran movie 'Poi Solla Poaroam" (remake of Khosla ka Ghosal) as the nefarious Real Estate dealer (are there ethical ones I wonder )

But that only buttreses your observation that he pretty much had an impressionist touch for pretty much everyone of his roles.

Its a credit to the sand of this land (namma Thamizhnaadu) that brilliant character actors such as Nasser, Raghuvaran, Nizhalgal Ravi and Prakash Raj graced and are still gracing our screens.Zolahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09347849134451149946noreply@blogger.com
